Nothing says Christmas in a kitchen more than cranberries, but did you know they pack quite a nutritious punch? They're an excellent source of antioxidants, vitamin C, copper, manganese, vitamin E and fibre. Recipe by Christian Gott
INGREDIENTS
60g fresh cranberries
60g frozen raspberries
2 oranges, peeled
1 firm banana
2 tbsp maple syrup
120ml mineral water
METHOD
1. Blitz all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth.
